目的指导临床药师撰写合格的病例报告。方法主要从病例选择、病例书写内容及常见问题等方面详细介绍撰写病例报告的要点。结果选择1份真实、诊断明确、治疗有亮点、有随访结果的病例,从题目和关键词、摘要、诊断、治疗方案和药学监护计划、治疗过程和监护结果、药学问题和药学建议、结果随访、分析讨论或总结等项目着手,撰写一份合格的病例报告。结论撰写病例报告是临床药师的基本技能,掌握该技能可全面提高临床药师分析问题、解决问题的能力。
Objective To guide clinical pharmacists to write qualified case reports. Methods mainly from the case selection, case writing and frequently asked questions and other aspects of writing case report points. Results A true, well-diagnosed, well-treated case with follow-up results was selected from the results and key words, abstracts, diagnoses, treatment regimens and pharmaco- logical care plans, course of treatment and monitoring results, pharmacological questions and pharma- cological advice, and outcome follow-up , Analysis and discussion or summary of other projects to start writing a qualified case report. Conclusion Writing case report is the basic skills of clinical pharmacists, to master the skills to improve clinical pharmacists to analyze and solve problems.
