抗生素在临床上是应用最广泛和最重要的一类抗感染药物,同时滥用也最严重。临床上常以抗生素作为抗感染及预防用药,临床医师大都凭借经验选择抗生素,缺乏科学合理的依据,风险较大。临床细菌实验室掌握着大量的药敏试验结果,对这些结果进行统计分析,可以发现哪些对抗生素的耐药率较低,判断对抗生素耐药性的变迁情况,从而有选择的应用抗生素进行预防及抗感染用药。以前计算机在我国的发展较慢,而手工进行这些分析相当困难涸此制约了其发展。随着计算机在国内的逐渐普及,使抗生素应用结果的监测分析成为可能。我们认为,定期进行细菌及药敏试验结果的分析,及时与临床医师取得联系,对合理使用抗生素是大有益处的。
