近几年,聪明井技术在采油工艺上获得重大突破,它使操作人员可以进行主动监测,并对生产动态差的层进行无干涉远距离节流或封堵。在开发初期,使用的是电子控制系统和电子传感器,但由于其可靠性较差,服务公司放弃了它们的使用。近来,由于光学传感器和液压控制系统的改进极大地提高了可靠性,因而迅速获得了市场的青睐。本文描述了几个主要服务公司的聪明井系统的典型构件,综述了几次有代表性的现场应用,包括在北海、英格兰近海和Brunei近海的应用实例。
In recent years, smartwell technology has made significant breakthroughs in oil recovery technologies, enabling operators to proactively monitor and remotely jam or block long-range production-poor layers without intervention. In the early stages of development, electronic control systems and electronic sensors were used, but because of their poor reliability, service companies abandoned their use. Recently, the market has been rapidly gaining in popularity due to the greatly improved reliability of optical sensors and hydraulic control systems. This article describes typical components of a smart well system at several major service companies and reviews several representative field applications including examples of applications in the North Sea, the offshore England, and the Brunei off shore.
