河蚌是培育珍珠的物质基础。近几年来,我国珍珠养殖业发展很快,致使蚌源不足。为满足珍珠养殖对三角帆蚌的需要,不少地方进行了人工繁殖三角帆蚌的生产。生产中所用的中间宿主——黄(鱼桑)鱼(或其它鱼类),因其营底栖生活,资源分散,难以捕捉,所需成本也较高(每斤黄(鱼桑)鱼高达2~3元)。每尾黄(鱼桑)鱼以寄生500~1,000只钩介幼虫计,若生产100万只幼蚌,需准备1,000尾黄(鱼桑)鱼(约200~300斤)。所以到生产季节往往因为没有足够的黄(鱼桑)鱼而影响生产。在饲养过程中要投饲料,稍不注意会造成鱼死蚌亡。为此,我们采用微孔泡沫塑料,代替黄(鱼桑)鱼进行三角帆蚌人工繁殖的尝试。已初获成效。现将试验情况和结果报告如下。
