The state-owned Changhong Machinery Plant, located in Mianyang, Sichuan Province, is a military and industrial third-line enterprise that produces radars. It has rapidly grown in the process of transforming the way of “maintaining the military, changing people, and combining military and civilian”, and has now become China’s development and production of radar and color TV sets. The base was included in one of the large-scale Class A companies in the TV industry, and the first batch of companies entered the national level.
