今年前两个月,由于有春节因素 影响,北京市经济发展有一定的不确定 性。但一些专业领域的数据显示,新的 一年,北京经济平稳开局,经济运行走 势与我在去年年底时,在《投资北京》 杂志刊发的“2005年北京经济发展展 望”文章中的分析判断基本吻合。同去 年始终保持高速增长的态势相比,今年 的增速在较高基数的基础上有所回落, 突出了一个“稳”字。主要是投资和工 业的增长速度有一定幅度的回落,由此 显示今年一季度的经济发展速度会低于 去年。尽管价格的增长势头还在延续, 但如没有突发诱因,增速从最高点的回 落应该就在上半年内出现。
