选择基于危险与可操作性研究(HAZOP)的保护层分析法(LOPA)对既有燃煤锅炉设备进行了安全性分析。采用资料调研和现场调研相结合的方式,研究了水位事故、四管泄漏事故以及灭火事故这3种典型事故,对水位事故进行了详细研究。应用该评价模型对某企业锅炉设施进行安全性评价,得出了该企业锅炉设备3种事故的风险等级,对风险等级较高的事故给出了改进建议。结果表明,这种定量评价模型扩展性强,对我国尚不完善的锅炉安全管理现状有一定的帮助。
The safety analysis of the existing coal-fired boiler plant was selected based on the Hazard Analysis and Hazard Analysis (HAOP) method of protective layer analysis (LOPA). By means of a combination of data investigation and on-the-spot investigation, three typical accidents such as water level accidents, four-pipe leakage accidents and fire-fighting accidents are studied, and water level accidents are studied in detail. This evaluation model is used to evaluate the safety of a boiler plant in a company. The risk levels of the three kinds of accidents of the boiler plant are obtained, and suggestions for improvement are given to the accidents with higher risk level. The results show that this quantitative evaluation model has strong expansibility and is helpful to the imperfect boiler safety management in our country.
