采用国产脉冲库仑定氧仪测定难熔金属钨钼钽铌中氧,建立了连续测定多个样品的分析方法。结果表明,对于氧含量低于0.001%的金属试样,多次测定的相对标准偏差小于6.7%,标准回收率在95%~99%之间。该方法用于炉前现场控制分析钨钼钽铌中微量氧,分析速度快,结果令人满意。
A domestic pulse Coulometric oxygen meter was used to determine the oxygen in refractory metal tungsten, molybdenum, tantalum and niobium. A method for the continuous determination of multiple samples was established. The results showed that the relative standard deviations (RSDs) of multiple determinations were less than 6.7% and the standard recoveries were between 95% and 99% for metal samples containing less than 0.001% oxygen. The method is used for on-site analysis and control of trace oxygen in tungsten, molybdenum, tantalum and niobium in the furnace front, and has the advantages of high speed of analysis and satisfactory results.
