用空气-乙炔火焰测定铝时,由于铝生成难熔氧化物,灵敏度很低,但试液中加入含氮化合物,使铝的灵敏度提高。试验了8种含氮有机物,以8-羟基喹啉、六次甲基四胺和三乙醇胺对铝的增强效应最大(约9倍),并以三乙醇胺为最合适。试验了10种金属离子和不同酸对铝测定的影响,结果说明能在钛、锰、铬、锌、锡、铜、铋和镍等金属材料中测定高含量铝,对铝镍钛中铝的测定,结果比较满意。方法简单、快速、干扰元素少。
When measuring aluminum with air-acetylene flame, the sensitivity is low due to the formation of refractory oxides by aluminum, but nitrogen-containing compounds are added to the test solution to increase the sensitivity of aluminum. Eight kinds of nitrogen-containing organic compounds were tested.
