治疗对象为慢性湿疹2例,皮肤瘙痒症2例,原发性胆汁性肝硬化1例,共计5例。观察其自觉症状、体征、血液及尿液检查结果的变化,对汉方医学症状的评价参考寺泽记分。结果,所有病例均主诉瘙痒。其中皮肤明显干燥者3例,自觉皮肤干燥者2例。舌脉证均无异常。腹证除4例腹力略差,1例中度外,其他无异常。根据寺泽记分,血虚记分大于30分者4例,水饮内停记分3例阳性,气郁记分5例均为阴性,小于8分者占4例,阴阳记分呈阳性倾向者4例。血液检查5例均无高胆红素血症、肾功能损害。尿液检查除1例尿蛋白(±)外,其他均为阴性。由此认为,麻黄连翘赤小豆汤可广泛应用于具有瘙痒、
The subjects were 2 cases of chronic eczema, 2 cases of pruritus, 1 case of primary biliary cirrhosis, and 5 cases in total. Observe changes in subjective symptoms, signs, blood, and urine test results, and refer to Shizawa score for evaluation of Kampo’s medical symptoms. As a result, all cases complained of itching. Among them, 3 cases had obvious dry skin and 2 cases had consciously dry skin. There are no abnormalities in the tongue pulse card. Abdominal syndrome was slightly worse in 4 cases except that 1 case was moderate and the others were not abnormal. According to Si Ze scoring, blood deficiency score was greater than 30 points in 4 cases, water drinking within the stop score in 3 cases were positive, qi depression score was 5 cases were negative, less than 8 points were in 4 cases, yin and yang score was positive in 4 cases. Blood tests showed no hyperbilirubinemia and no renal impairment in 5 cases. Urine examination was negative except for 1 case of urine protein (±).
