在港西构造西端岐78-港104井区运用油气微生物勘探,通过对34个平行样品的研究,验证微生物样品的可重复性及可靠性。为了分析深度对微生物异常的影响,我们在工区内选择了15个控制点,得出深度在0.6米微生物数量最大。并且圈定出四个微生物异常区,这四个油气富集区的总面积为9.165km2,占总研究区面积的26.96%,这表明研究区内的含油气远景不是十分理想。
Utilizing oil and gas microbiological exploration in the west end of Qiqiao Port 78-Hong Kong 104 in the western part of the western part of China, the repeatability and reliability of the microbiological samples were verified through the study of 34 parallel samples. In order to analyze the effect of depth on microbial anomalies, we selected 15 control points in the work area to obtain the largest number of microorganisms at a depth of 0.6 m. Four microbial anomaly zones were delineated. The total area of these four oil and gas-rich areas was 9.165 km 2, accounting for 26.96% of the total area of the study area, indicating that the hydrocarbon-oil prospect in the study area is not very satisfactory.
