辅助授粉是在冬小麦揚花期用绳索在植株穗部每隔10—15分钟拉上几次,次日依此法重复进行。試验結果,辅助授粉的籽粒收获量比对照提高了9.5%,千粒重提高了8.3%,籽粒的透明性提高了5.6%,蛋白质含量提高了1.54%。然而籽粒的含水量却降低3.7%,說明辅助授粉的成熟期比对照要早些。穗子的結实率提高了3.1%。对籽粒播种品质检查的結果,发芽率及发芽力比对照分别提高了12%和15.5%。
Assisted pollination in the winter wheat flowering stage with the rope in the plant every few 10-15 minutes pulled several times, according to this method repeated. The results showed that the yield of grain assisted by pollination increased by 9.5%, the grain weight increased by 8.3%, the transparency of grain increased by 5.6% and the protein content increased by 1.54%. However, the water content of the grain decreased by 3.7%, indicating that the auxiliary pollination had earlier maturity than the control. The seed settage increased by 3.1%. As for the results of seed sowing quality inspection, the germination rate and germination power increased by 12% and 15.5% respectively compared with the control.
