由于圆网成型工艺的需要,网部用水量增大,所以水泵配用动力也随之增加,管路增多使网部传动侧显得拥挤,给操作增加了不安全因素。设想充分利用网前稳浆箱压力,使浆料流穿射流泵,并将溢流和回流浆料吸入进网槽浆管合理利用流浆的势能。射流泵是一种没有运动构件的输送流体装置,主要由喷嘴、喉管、扩散管及吸入、排出管路组成,具有便于综合利用、工作可靠、安装方便、密封性好、不需要维修等优点。
