乙烯作为一种植物激素,在植物生长发育过程中发挥着重要的作用。1-氨基环丙烷-1-羧酸(ACC)氧化酶(ACO)是乙烯生物合成途径中的一种关键酶。本研究以辣椒为研究材料,根据报道的辣椒ACC氧化酶基因序列(AJ011109)设计引物,利用PCR的方法从中国种湘研4号基因组获得长度为354bp的gDNA序列和213bp的cDNA序列。利用生物信息学软件对所获得的gDNA和cDNA序列进行了分析。
Ethylene, as a plant hormone, plays an important role in plant growth and development. 1-Aminocyclopropane-1-carboxylic acid (ACC) oxidase (ACO) is a key enzyme in ethylene biosynthesis pathway. In this study, primers were designed according to reported ACC oxidase gene sequence (AJ011109) of chilli peppers, and a gDNA sequence and a cDNA sequence of 213 bp in length were obtained from genomic DNA of Chinese XiangXiang 4 using PCR. The obtained gDNA and cDNA sequences were analyzed using bioinformatics software.
