压力、差压变送器是过程检测控制领域中的重要仪表之一。原先,变送器的检测部件多采用力平衡式。近年来,由于精密机械加工技术、材料技术以及电路技术的提高,研制了以差动电容方式作为检测部件的新型电子式变送器。它在精度、可靠性、稳定性、小型轻量化、耐环境性等方面都优于力平衡式。日刊《岛津评论》发表了渡边等人的文章,就研制这种变送器时所探讨的一些问题,进行了论述。现选译其中有关“一次传感组件”的部分章节,以飨读者。
