一、概述在建设中经常需要在不良地基上建造建筑物,随着建筑高度的增加,对地基承载力的要求亦需相应增加,若单纯依靠天然地基提供的承载力则往往不能满足要求。为了节省建设资金和材料,缩短工期,促进技术发展,尽快发挥投资效益,我们从1979年开始研制振动成孔器,同时,对干法振动加固地基的技术进行了较系统的研究。已先后在九个工程中推广使用,加固地基近一万米~2,砂石桩总进尺已超过两万米,与换土法比较,
I. Overview It is often necessary to construct buildings on poor foundations during construction. As the height of buildings increases, the requirements for the bearing capacity of foundations must also increase. If relying solely on the bearing capacity provided by natural foundations, it often fails to meet the requirements. In order to save construction funds and materials, shorten the construction period, promote technological development, and bring investment benefits into play as quickly as possible, we began to develop vibratory hole formers in 1979. At the same time, we conducted a more systematic study on the techniques of dry vibration vibrating foundations. It has been promoted and used in nine projects. The foundation for reinforcement has been nearly 10,000 m~2. The total footage of gravel piles has exceeded 20,000 meters, compared with the method of soil replacement.
