根据 Al3+ 对 KBr O3氧化木音花青褪色的催化行为 ,建立了测定痕量铝的催化动力学分析方法。本法线性范围为 0~ 16 0 ng· m L-1 ,检出限为 1.0 ng·m L-1。除 Cu2 +、Fe3+和 Cr( )外 ,其余离子均不影响测定。Fe3+和 Cu2 +、Cr( )的干扰可分别有效消除。测定了人发、茶叶和污水中的铝 ,加标回收率为98.4%~ 10 2 % ,RSD为 1.3%~ 2 .1% (n=6 )
According to the catalytic action of Al3 + on the fading of KBr O3 oxidized woody cyanine, a catalytic kinetic analysis method for the determination of trace aluminum was established. The linear range of this method is 0 ~ 160 ng · m L-1 with a detection limit of 1.0 ng · m L-1. Except for Cu2 +, Fe3 + and Cr (), the other ions did not affect the determination. Fe3 + and Cu2 +, Cr () interference can be effectively eliminated. The determination of aluminum in human hair, tea leaves and sewage was carried out. The recoveries were 98.4% -102% with RSDs of 1.3% -2.1% (n = 6)
