民国初年,尊孔思潮甚嚣尘上,恽毓鼎在京师倡议、成立孔社,但旋即退出,加入孔道会,不久,却又提议解散京师孔道会。恽毓鼎的如此举动,起因于孔社、孔道会的内部矛盾,更因其无法实现个人尊孔救世的道德诉求。在清末民初特殊的历史转折时期,恽毓鼎的思想情感与现实遭遇之间经历了一场痛苦的碰撞。
In the early years of the Republic of China, the thought of respecting Confucianism was rampant. In the capitalist initiative, Yu Ding set up Kong Shek Society. However, he immediately resigned and joined the Confucian Aid Society. Soon, however, it proposed to dissolve the capitalist Confucius Association. Such a move by Yu Yuting stems from the internal contradictions of Confucianism, Confucianism and Taoism, but also because of its inability to fulfill the moral aspirations of personal reverence. During the special historical turning point of late Qing Dynasty and early Republic of China, Gao Yu-Ding experienced a painful collision between his thoughts, emotions and real encounters.
