人格的境界理论在中西方民族都备受重视,基于不同的经济生活方式形成不同的人格价值取向。在中国文化里,人格的主要内容是道义人格;西方人则更着力于“有用”。在处理人与人之间关系过程中,中西方民族体现出在私德与公德,整体和谐与个性自由之间各有侧重的区别。在人格理想最终的旨归追求上有求真与向善的不同。
The theory of the realm of personality is highly valued by both Chinese and western peoples and forms different values of personality based on different economic lifestyles. In Chinese culture, the main content of personality is moral personality; Westerners are more focused on “useful ”. In dealing with the relationship between people in the process, the Chinese and Western peoples reflect the difference between private morality and morality, the overall harmony and individuality between the different emphases. In pursuit of the ultimate goal of personality ideal there is a difference between truth and goodness.
