根据甲烷光谱吸收特性,设计了一种基于单片机C8051F410控制的甲烷监测系统。结合A/D转换电路、通信电路、显示电路,可进行声光报警,LCD液晶显示等。该系统已在国内外建立多个示范工程,试验表明,该系统具有很好的稳定性,在0-100%量程实现了对甲烷浓度的实时在线监测和显示,监测的灵敏度可达ppm量级。在煤矿瓦斯检测、瓦斯抽采和发电等领域、大气环保检测、天然气泄漏检测都具有广泛的应用前景。
