为了确定脑梗塞能否引起ECG异常,我们对大脑中动脉阻塞的wistar鼠进行了ECG监测。实验结果表明脑梗塞能引起ECG异常,它表现为ST段上抬(44/92),房扑(28/92)和频发室性早搏(12/92)。空白对照组无ECG异常。右侧大脑半球梗塞的wistar鼠ECG异常发生率(30/50)明显高于左侧大脑半球梗塞(14/42)(X2=6.54,P<0.05)。72.7%ECG异常发生在大脑中动脉血流中断后3小时内
To determine whether cerebral infarction can cause ECG abnormalities, we performed ECG monitoring of occluded wistar rats with middle cerebral artery occlusion. Experimental results show that cerebral infarction can cause ECG abnormalities, which is manifested as ST segment elevation (44/92), atrial flutter (28/92) and frequent premature ventricular contractions (12/92). Blank control group without ECG abnormalities. The incidence of ECG abnormalities (30/50) in the right hemisphere infarct wistar rats was significantly higher than that in the left hemisphere infarcts (14/42) (X2 = 6.54, P <0.05). 72.7% of ECG abnormalities occurred within 3 hours after interruption of the middle cerebral artery blood flow
