针对生产过程中出现的压块成型设备模孔边角处堵塞原料造成压块棱角撕裂倒钝现象的形成机理进行研究,运用FEA分析软件ANSYS11.0模拟成型过程中原料的流动与塑性形变过程并通过试验对比研究,为压块成型设备结构优化提供技术依据。
Aiming at the forming mechanism of blocking and obtuse dullness caused by blockage of raw materials at the edge of die hole of the briquette forming equipment in the production process, the FEA analysis software ANSYS11.0 was used to simulate the flow and plastic deformation process of raw materials And through the experimental comparative study for the briquette forming equipment to provide technical basis for structural optimization.
