北京市公路局承担着北京辖区内公路建设和管理任务,自1986年修建京石高速公路开始,十几年来相继建成了京石、京津塘、首都机场、八达岭等高速公路,截至1998年年末全市公路总里程达到12498公里,其中高速公路190公里,公路密度达0.81公里/平方公里,居全国之首。下面我们分三部分来说明北京公路建设的沥青需求情况及对这个市场的分析。 一、北京市高速公路发展规划及沥青的需求预测
The Beijing Highway Bureau took on the tasks of highway construction and management in the Beijing area. Since the construction of the Beijing-Shijiazhuang Expressway in 1986, Beijing-Shijiazhuang, Beijing-Tianjin-Tanggu, Capital Airport, Badaling and other highways have been built over the past decade. As of the end of 1998, The total length of the city’s highways reached 12,498 kilometers, including 190 kilometers of expressways, and the highway density reached 0.81 kilometers/square kilometers, ranking first in the country.
