本文认为必须建立“文学正义”观,以便文学理论概念体系中增加新的范畴。文学正是坚持了在“同等情况”下必须“同等对待”所有公民这个原则而导致了它在解决社会上的普遍不能满足之际产生了公正、平等、关爱等一系列自我特性,这分别是生命正义、情感正义与个体正义,从而与其他的社会正义进行交流与对话,使得文学正义形成了作用于其他社会正义的独特方式与效果。 This paper argues that the concept of literary justice must be established in order to add new categories to the conceptual system of literary theory. Literature has insisted on the principle of “treating all citizens equally under the same situation” and has led to a series of self-characteristics such as fairness, equality and care when it resolves the universal unmet dissatisfaction in society , Which are respectively life justice, emotional justice and individual justice, so as to exchange and dialogue with other social justice, making literary justice form a unique way and effect on other social justice.
