步入21世纪,对于中国旅行社业注定是风起云涌的一个时代,国内外各种因素的变化使中国旅行社业竞争日益加剧,其实所谓竞争,就是各旅行社以自身产品为基础,以抢夺旅游市场争取更多旅客为目标,以实现利益的最大化。在这种竞争体制中,传统大型旅行社和外资旅行社凭借其雄厚资金,良好信誉,完善服务占据先导地位,中小旅行社则处于劣势。
