在野鸭乡养马村境内,有一座建于三百多年前的寺院,名为东林寺。20世纪中叶,一位著名的历史学教授对这座寺庙进行研究后认为:“要考证贵州佛教史,东林寺是重要的一环;要理清禅宗在西南地区传播的脉络,东林寺是枢纽……更重要的是,禅院与避世的文人武将、士大夫阶层的联系,对诗文绘画、世俗哲理的影响以及明末清初政局的变化,东林寺都是值得研究的一座寺院”。
In Malin village of Mallard Township, there is a temple built over 300 years ago, called Donglin Temple.
