目的 研究前列腺癌细胞增殖与细胞凋亡的关系 ,以探讨其临床意义。方法 5 6例前列腺癌和 2 0例良性前列腺增生症 ,应用免疫组化方法检测石蜡包埋的组织切片中细胞增殖指数 (Ki- 6 7L I)和应用原位末端标记(TUNEL )技术检测细胞凋亡指数 (AI)。结果 Ki- 6 7L I和 AI与前列腺癌 Gleason分级无关 ,Ki- 6 7L I和 AI在前列腺癌组织中的表达明显高于良性前列腺增生症 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 应用免疫组化方法检测前列腺癌组织中 Ki- 6 7L I和应用 TUNEL 技术检测 AI的表达 ,对前列腺癌的生物学行为和预后判断具有实用的临床意义
Objective To study the relationship between prostate cancer cell proliferation and apoptosis and explore its clinical significance. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the cell proliferation index (Ki-67L I) in paraffin-embedded tissue sections and detect cells using TUNEL technique in 56 cases of prostate cancer and 20 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia. Apoptosis index (AI). Results Ki-67L and AI were not related to Gleason grade of prostate cancer. The expression of Ki-67L and AI in prostate cancer was significantly higher than that in benign prostatic hyperplasia (P<0.05). Conclusion The immunohistochemical method for the detection of Ki-67L in prostate cancer tissues and TUNEL technique for the detection of AI expression has practical clinical significance for the biological behavior and prognosis of prostate cancer.
