针对动平衡测试系统,开发了一种新型的基于USB接口的高速采集系统。着重论述了通用串行总线(USB)的特点,以及USB设备的固件程序设计、驱动程序开发和上层应用程序的开发。该系统采用Cypress公司的CY7C64613-128NC型USB芯片,结合A/D转换器进行数据采集。它克服了基于PCI/ISA插槽的A/D采样卡为测量手段的采集系统的缺点,抗干扰性能好,采集速度快。
Aiming at the dynamic balance test system, a new high speed acquisition system based on USB interface is developed. The characteristics of Universal Serial Bus (USB), the design of firmware of USB device, the development of driver and the development of upper application are emphasized. The system uses Cypress’s CY7C64613-128NC USB chip, combined with A / D converter for data acquisition. It overcomes the shortcomings of the acquisition system based on PCI / ISA slot A / D sampling card as a measurement means, anti-jamming performance, acquisition speed.
