2010年11月3日,国务院做出扩大国有资本经营预算范围、适当提高国企红利上缴比例的决定。央企上缴红利比例可能提高5%到30%不等。
On November 3, 2010, the State Council made the decision to expand the scope of state-owned capital operating budgets and appropriately increase the proportion of dividends paid by state-owned enterprises. The percentage of dividends paid by central enterprises may increase by 5% to 30%.
