目的了解洁净手术室内实施Ⅰ类切口连台手术中空气质量的动态变化及影响因素。方法采用仪器法和平板沉降法,对某医院洁净手术室在实施脊柱手术过程中空气质量进行动态监测。结果第一台手术与连台手术开始10 min期间空气质量变化不明显。第一台手术结束后10 min内空气中尘埃粒子数达到峰值,随着患者出手术室逐渐下降,缝皮结束后20 min即可降至初始水平。在第一台与连台手术期间,该手术室空气中尘埃粒子数和沉降菌数均在规范规定的限值范围内。结论该医院洁净手术室在手术实施过程中,空气中尘埃粒子数随手术时间、物品移动等活动,空气中尘埃粒子数受到影响,但监测结果均在规定的限值范围。
Objective To understand the dynamic changes of air quality and the influencing factors in the operation of Class I incision in the clean operating room. Methods The instrumental method and plate settling method were used to monitor the air quality during the spinal surgery in a clean operating room of a hospital. Results There was no significant change in air quality during the first 10 min after the first surgery and even the first surgery. The number of dust particles in the air peaked within 10 minutes after the first operation ended. As the patient’s operating room gradually decreased, the initial level was reduced to 20 minutes after the end of the sewing process. During the first surgery and even surgery, the number of dust particles and sedimentation bacteria in the air of the operating room were within the limits specified in the specifications. Conclusion During the surgical operation of the clean operating room of the hospital, the number of dust particles in the air is affected by the operation time, movement of objects, and the number of dust particles in the air, but the monitoring results are within the specified limits.
