目的通过了解天津市疾病预防控制中心(CDC)人员外出培训情况,为科学制定培训规划,合理分配培训资源提供依据。方法通过人力资源部登记的人员培训记录,使用Excel 2007建立数据库,对培训资料进行汇总分析。结果 2007—2013年人员派出参加培训的平均百分比为36.51%,派出人员的人均参加培训的次数为2.04次;正高、副高、中级和初级人员年外出培训率分别为45.26%、39.73%、38.88%和31.30%;不同工作岗位人员年人均培训次数不同,现场人员为1.27次、实验室人员为0.63次、行政管理人员为0.16次,其中现场人员中以从事非传染性疾病预防控制专业的年人均2.83次最高;培训时间从3~5 d为主转变为2~4 d为主。结论应进一步全面完善系统的培训制度,建立公共卫生医师规范化培训制度,并应重视对行政管理人员的培训。
Objective To understand the outbound training of CDC staff in Tianjin and provide the basis for scientifically formulating training plans and allocating training resources rationally. Methods Through the records of personnel training registered by Human Resources Department, a database was created using Excel 2007, and the training materials were summarized and analyzed. Results The average percentage of personnel sent out to participate in training was 36.51% in 2007-2013, and the number of sent persons per person was 2.04 times. The annual out-going training rates of senior, secondary, middle and junior staff were 45.26%, 39.73% and 38.88 % And 31.30% respectively. The number of training per person per year varied among different positions, with 1.27 staff on site, 0.63 laboratory staff and 0.16 administrative staff, of which the field staff engaged in non-communicable diseases prevention and control Per capita 2.83 times the highest; training time from 3 ~ 5 d to 2 to 4 d-based change. Conclusion The system of training should be further improved and the standardized training system for public health physicians should be established. Training of administrative staff should be emphasized.
