目的:了解社区居民结核病防治知识知晓率水平,评价健教效果,为探索开展结核病健康教育有效途径提供依据。方法:采用整群抽样方法抽取兰溪市某城区社区1 168名居民进行问卷调查。结果:大部分居民表示曾经接触过结核病防治知识宣传,以报刊电视获得知识来源途径最高,占44.18%。“肺结核是否属于传染病”及“肺结核病有哪些症状”问题知晓率为76.79%和69.62%;“哪类肺结核传播意义更大”问题知晓率为33.73%,“传染性肺结核病人一年内会传染多少人”问题知晓率为7.36%。居民结核病防治知识总体知晓率:健教干预前为34.22%,健教干预后为60.85%;居民13项结核病防治知识知晓率均提高(P=0.000)。结论:居民结核病防治知识总体知晓率偏低,卫生部门应开展居民喜闻乐见的结核病防治知识宣传,提高居民的结核病防治知识水平,增强居民结核病预防能力,遏制结核病疫情不降反升的趋势。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the level of knowledge about tuberculosis prevention and control among community residents and to evaluate the effect of health education so as to provide evidence for exploring effective ways to carry out tuberculosis health education. Methods: A cluster sampling method was used to select 1 168 residents of a city in Lanxi City for questionnaire survey. Results: Most of the residents said that they had contacted the propaganda of tuberculosis prevention and control, and the highest access to knowledge sources of newspapers and periodicals was television, accounting for 44.18%. “What is tuberculosis is an infectious disease ” and “What are the symptoms of tuberculosis ” awareness rate of 76.79% and 69.62%; “What is the significance of what kind of tuberculosis dissemination ” 33.73% awareness of the problem, “infection How many tuberculosis patients will be infected in a year? ”The rate of awareness of the problem was 7.36%. The overall awareness of tuberculosis prevention and control among residents was 34.22% before health education and education intervention and 60.85% after health education intervention. The awareness rate of 13 tuberculosis prevention and control knowledge among residents was increased (P = 0.000). Conclusion: The overall awareness rate of tuberculosis prevention and control among residents is low. The public health department should carry out propaganda about tuberculosis prevention and control advocated by inhabitants, raise residents’ knowledge level of tuberculosis prevention and control, enhance resident tuberculosis prevention ability and prevent tuberculosis epidemic from rising and falling instead.
