在大的市场经济发展趋势下,中小企业的崛起和发展有着广阔的前景,但是要想在这种快速发展的经济下立足不易。人力资源的培训已成为企业之间竞争的热点,中小企业必须尤为重视人力资源培训才能在竞争中取胜。本文通过提出中小企业人力资源培训中的问题,分析出现的原因,同时提出与之相对应的改进建议。
Under the great trend of market economy development, the rise and development of small and medium-sized enterprises have broad prospects, but in order to gain a foothold in such a rapidly developing economy. Human resources training has become a hot competition among enterprises, SMEs must pay special attention to human resources training in order to win the competition. This paper analyzes the reasons for the emergence of SMEs human resources training problems, at the same time put forward the corresponding improvement suggestions.
