分析了在敏捷制造环境下制造系统对设备定义的需求,指出现有的设备定义方法主要侧重于设备静态结构特性的表达,不能很好地描述设备在制造系统中的功能及其行为,提出了一种面向对象的设备定义方法。这种方法在现有的设备定义方法的基础上,通过建立设备的功能模型、动态模型,建立起面向对象的设备模型,全面描述设备的结构特性及其功能特性。在此基础上作者初步建立了设备类库体系结构,使工程技术人员能够方便地完成设备定义任务。
The demand for equipment definition in manufacturing system under agile manufacturing is analyzed. It is pointed out that the existing equipment definition methods mainly focus on the expression of static structural characteristics of equipment, and can not describe the function and behavior of equipment in manufacturing system well. An Object Oriented Device Definition Method. Based on the existing method of device definition, this method establishes the object-oriented device model through the establishment of functional model and dynamic model of the device, and fully describes the structural characteristics and functional characteristics of the device. On this basis, the author has initially established the equipment class library architecture so that engineers and technicians can easily accomplish the task of equipment definition.
