对93届护理专科班111名学生生物化学期末考试成绩及44道试题进行分析。试卷的可靠性采用K-R20号公式,试题难易度采用Ebel号公式,考试成绩采用u检验。结果显示:试题第一部分与第三部分、第二部分与第三部分成绩相关系数分别为0.06、0.14,P>0.05,提示不同类型试题不能相互代替。第一部分考试成绩比第二、第三部分均有明显增高(P<0.05),说明学生学习仍处于“知识搬运状态”。本次考试难度指数>70%的试题超过半数,平均区别指数为0.18,显著低于0.25,说明命题不当。提示,生物化学的命题技巧和教学方法亟需改进。
The results of biochemistry final exams and 44 test questions were analyzed for 111 students in the 93th Nursing College. The reliability of the test paper is based on the K-R20 formula. The test difficulty is based on the Ebel formula, and the test results are based on the u test. The results show that the scores of the first part and the third part, the second part and the third part of the questions are 0.06, 0.14, respectively, P>0.05, suggesting that different types of questions can not be replaced. The scores in the first part of the examination were significantly higher than those in the second and third parts (P<0.05), indicating that the students’ learning is still in the “knowledge-carrying state”. More than half of the exams had a difficulty index of >70%, and the average difference index was 0.18, which was significantly lower than 0.25, indicating that the proposition was improper. Tips, biochemical propositions and teaching methods need improvement.
