I. Preface The development of nuclear power plants is one of the major measures for energy development. Throughout the world, especially in developed countries, nuclear power generation as early as an important way to develop electricity. By the end of the 1970s, about 250 nuclear power plants have been built in the world, most of which are of the pressurized water reactor type. Steam generator is one of the core components of PWR nuclear power plant. According to statistics, an average of nearly 40% of the heap need to be shut down for maintenance each year, the main reason is that the steam generator heat pipe due to stress corrosion cracking, acid phosphate corrosion and other accidents need blocking
