对压力容器特定位置上几种常见的C、D类焊接接头在制造过程的耐压试验时或投入运行中发生的泄漏失效原因进行分析,通过分析发现这类焊接接头的坡口形式、组焊顺序和试验方法也是影响其质量和安全性能的重要因素。对此本文提出改进这类焊接接头质量的有效方法,并在制造过程中加强控制、检验检测,从而提高了这类焊接接头的质量和安全性能,确保整台设备在设计寿命内正常地安全运行。
Several common C and D welded joints in pressure vessels at certain positions were analyzed during the pressure test in manufacturing process or the cause of leakage failure during the operation. By analyzing the groove forms of such welded joints, Order and test methods are also important factors that affect their quality and safety performance. In this paper, we propose an effective method to improve the quality of such welded joints, and strengthen the control, inspection and testing in the manufacturing process to improve the quality and safety performance of such welded joints and ensure the normal operation of the whole equipment within the design life .
