目的:观察当归六黄汤治疗缺血性脑卒中的临床疗效.方法:选取2016年1月～ 2016年12月我院收治的缺血性脑卒中患者53例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组患者给予当归六黄汤治疗,对照组患者给予常规治疗;治疗前后对患者进行NIHSS评分和改良Rankin量表(MRS)评分,并评估治疗后疗效.结果:治疗后,治疗组NIHSS评分显著低于对照组(t=6.008,P=0.027),MRS显著低于对照组(t=9.959,P=0.010);治疗组总有效例数为22例(84.62％),对照组为16例(59.26％),治疗组显著高于对照组(x2=4.197,P=0.04＜0.05).结论:当归六黄汤可显著改善缺血性脑卒中患者的症状及神经功能.“,”Objective:To study the clinical effect of Danggui Liuhuang Decoction in the treatment of ischemic stroke.Methods:53patients with ischemic stroke admitted by our hospital during January and December in 2016were randomly divided into treatment group and controlled group.Patients of the treatment were treated with Danggui Liuhuang Decoction,while patients of the controlled group were treated with conventional therapy.NHISS score and improved Rankin scale were scored before and after the treatment and the efficacy was evaluated.Results:After the treatment,the NIHSS score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the controlled group (t =6.008,P =0.027),and the score of MRS was also significantly lower (t =9.959,P=0.01).The total effective cases of the treatment group was 22 (84.62％) and 16 (59.26％) of the controlled group.The total effective cases of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the controlled group (x2 =4.197,P=0.04＜0.05).Conclusion:Danggui Liuhuang Decoction can significantly improve the symptoms and neurological function of patients with ischemic stroke.
