超声TOFD(衍射时差)法是焊缝超声检测和缺陷定量很有发展前景的一种新技术。它有别于按脉冲回波幅度进行定量的常规技术,是靠入射纵波在缺陷端部产生的衍射波传播时差进行测深定高、可靠性甚高的方法,有A、D、B 3种显示(即直角座标显示、焊缝纵断面显示、焊缝横断面显示)方式,探伤结果记录较直观和客观。根据最新欧洲标准(草案)DDENV 583—6:2000的有关规定,介绍TOFD法的应用技术要领,企望该技术在国内NDT领域迅速推广应用。
