为了研究含湿量对RDX的机械感度和热分解特性的影响,采用爆炸概率法和升降法,分别在HGZ-1型撞击感度仪上和MGY-1型摩擦感度仪上对不同含湿量的RDX进行感度测试,并对不同样品进行DSC测试分析和热力学理论计算,得到不同含湿量对RDX爆炸活化能和起爆能量临界值的影响规律。结果表明:含湿量对RDX机械感度有明显影响,机械感度与含湿量呈负相关性;湿分会降低RDX的爆炸性能,含湿量越大,RDX起爆所需能量越高,物料越不易起爆。
In order to study the influence of moisture content on the mechanical sensitivity and thermal decomposition properties of RDX, the explosion probability method and the lift method were used to measure the moisture content of RDX on the HGZ-1 Impact Sensing Instrument and MGY-1 Friction Sensitivity Meter respectively. RDX was used to conduct the sensitivity test. DSC analysis and thermodynamic calculation of different samples were carried out. The influence of different moisture content on the activation energy of RDX and the critical value of detonation energy were obtained. The results showed that the moisture content had a significant effect on the mechanical sensitivity of RDX, and the mechanical sensitivity and moisture content were negatively correlated. The moisture content decreased the explosive performance of RDX. The larger the moisture content, the higher the energy required for detonating RDX. Detonated.
