目的概述了近年来国内外载药阴道环的载体类型、构型、释药机制、临床应用等方面的研究进展,为载药阴道环的深入研究提供参考意义。方法以国内外近年来的研究文献为基础,对文献进行分析、归纳与总结。结果载药阴道环的载体众多,结构多样,释药机制不同,临床应用广泛,国内外已有多种商品上市。结论近年来阴道环技术发展迅速,新型载体和新构型阴道环的不断出现,为避孕、治疗妇科病和抗人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)等载药阴道环的发展提供了良好的基础。但是对于新型载药阴道环,包括特殊结构和特殊载体的载药阴道环,仍需要进一步探索和阐明其复杂的释药机制。
OBJECTIVE: To summarize the research progress of carrier type, configuration, drug release mechanism and clinical application of the drug-loaded vaginal rings at home and abroad in recent years, and provide references for the further study of the drug-loaded vaginal ring. Methods Based on the research literature at home and abroad in recent years, the literature is analyzed, summarized and summarized. Results The drug-loaded vaginal ring has many carriers, diverse structures, different drug release mechanisms, and a wide range of clinical applications. Many kinds of products have been listed at home and abroad. Conclusion The rapid development of vaginal ring technology in recent years, new carriers and new conformation vaginal rings continue to emerge, which provides a good foundation for the development of contraceptives, gynecological diseases and anti-HIV infection. However, for the new drug-loaded vaginal ring, including the special structure and special carriers of drug-loaded vaginal ring, still need to further explore and clarify its complex mechanism of drug release.
