随着教育的改革,学生的创造力和思维能力发展成了教学的主要目标,特别是对于数学教学而言。小学数学是数学教育的初级阶段,这个阶段对学生思维能力和创造力的培养非常重要,直接影响着学生在初中阶段的数学学习。小学数学教师在教学过程中应该积极创新教学方法,利用先进的教学手段来实现教学目标。分层异步法能够满足学生对学习的需求,主要是根据学生的个体差异和学习发展开展的一种教学方法,帮助学生更好地学习数学。本文主要分析和探讨了分层异步教学法的内涵及在小学数学中的作用,并提出具体的实施策略。
With the reform of education, the development of students’ creativity and thinking ability has become the main goal of teaching, especially for mathematics teaching. Primary mathematics is the primary stage of mathematics education, this stage is very important for the cultivation of students ’thinking ability and creativity, which directly affects students’ maths learning in junior middle school. Primary mathematics teachers should actively innovate teaching methods in the teaching process and use advanced teaching methods to achieve their teaching goals. The stratified asynchrony method can meet the students’ learning needs. It is mainly based on individual differences and learning development of students to teach students a better way to learn mathematics. This article mainly analyzes and discusses the connotation of stratification asynchronous teaching method and its role in elementary mathematics, and puts forward specific implementation strategies.
