针对煤矿井下设备故障信息容易受到噪声干扰的问题,提出了一种采用混沌理论检测煤矿井下设备故障微弱信号的方法。利用Duffing振子混沌相轨迹的变化来估计微弱信号的幅值,从而获得故障的信息。在煤矿井下机械设备的齿轮故障检测中的仿真研究结果表明,基于混沌Duffing振子的故障诊断方法能够检测出齿轮故障的幅值信息。
Aiming at the problem that the fault information of coal mine equipment is easy to be disturbed by noise, a method to detect the weak signal of underground equipment fault by using chaos theory is proposed. Using the change of the chaotic phase trajectory of Duffing oscillator to estimate the amplitude of weak signal, we get the fault information. The simulation results of gear fault detection in coal mine mechanical equipment show that the fault diagnosis method based on chaotic Duffing oscillator can detect the amplitude information of gear fault.
