随着国内掀起“互联网+”的浪潮,市场随之突变,企业的基本生产要素由传统的土地、资本、劳动等有形要素逐步转变为知识、网络、人才等无形要素,尤其是人才真正变成了组织的核心,成为组织价值创造的核心要素。不管是自己主动求变,还是被动革命,企业都被倒逼转型升级,企业领导者开始重新思考自己的人才战略战术。因此,本文通过分析互联网时代组织架构与员工构成两方面的变化,提出了人力资源管理相应的应对措施——变革型领导与多功能团队。并从变革型领导与多功能团队的含义及工作机制的角度出发,提出以变革型领导与多功能团队来应对互联网时代知识型经济以及无边界组织新模式的具体措施。

And from the perspective of transformational leadership and multi-functional team and working mechanism, this paper proposes concrete measures to change the leadership and multi-functional team to deal with the knowledge-based economy in the internet era and the new model of borderless organization.
