目的:建立高效液相色谱法,测定红虎降压片中君药虎杖有效成分大黄素的含量。方法:色谱柱:C18(Hypersil ODS 柱,4．6 mm ×250 mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇-0．1％磷酸溶液(87:13),流速:1．0 ml·min-1,柱温:25℃。结果:线性范围为 0．032-0．160μg。大黄素的平均回收率99.64％,RSD=1．19％(n=5)。结论:方法简便,快速,分离度好,结果稳定,适合于红虎降压片的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of the content of emodin, an effective component of Polygonum cuspidatum in Honghu Jiangya Tablets. Method: Column: C18 (Hypersil ODS column, 4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm), mobile phase: methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid solution (87:13), flow rate: 1.0 ml·min-1, Column temperature: 25°C. Results: The linear range is 0.032-0.160 μg. The average recovery rate of emodin was 99.64% with RSD = 1.19% (n = 5). Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, with good resolution and stable results. It is suitable for the quality control of Honghu Jiangya Tablets.
