我校化学系与武汉灯泡厂共同协作,发挥各自优势,研制成功一种高亮度节电的三基色日光灯。湖北省第一轻工业局于三日二十二日主持召开鉴定会,通过了技术鉴定。三基色日光灯是用三基色萤光粉(按一定配比)制成。目前国内生产三基色萤光粉一般是采用氮氢还原法,化学系首次研究出用炭粉还原法生产三基色萤光粉,其生产工艺简便,操作安全,产率高(比氮氢还原法的产率高5倍以上),成本低,且产品质量比国内同类产品好,达国内先进水平。武汉灯泡厂进行了制灯工艺研究,在国内首次采用两次涂粉新工艺制作三基色日光灯,该新工艺简便,降低了成本。用此工艺生产的8瓦、20瓦和40瓦三基色

The 8-color, 20-tile and 40-tile trichromatic colors produced with this process
