枯萎病菌侵染后棉苗体内还原型谷胱甘肽 (GSH)和氧化型谷胱甘肽 (GSSG)含量增加 ,叶片中GSH含量早期明显上升 ,后期下降 ;而根茎部组织中 GSH含量逐步上升 ,后期达到最高水平 .氟乐灵诱发处理可提高棉苗体内 GSH和 GSSG的含量 ,但是枯萎病菌侵染后 GSH和 GSSG含量的变化在抗、感病品种间及经氟乐灵诱发处理并表现出诱导抗性的棉苗和未处理棉苗间无显著差异 .因此 ,GSH可能与棉苗对枯萎病的抗性及由氟乐灵诱发的诱导抗性之间无直接的关系 .
