秋水仙碱诱变棉花多倍体是棉花远缘杂交和倍数性育种工作中常用的技术之一。几年来,我们摸索了用秋水仙碱处理使棉花染色体加倍所需的浓度、时间和使用方法,获得了一些棉花品种和杂种染色体加倍植株,现将试验结果整理如下。一、材料及方法材料:中棉的不同品种,中棉×非洲棉杂种一代,中棉与野生棉(瑟伯氏棉和非洲异常棉)的杂种一代和四倍体中棉×陆地棉杂种回交一代。方法:先后采用过以下四种方法。1、水溶液浸种:用不同浓度的秋水仙碱水溶液(0.05%,0.1%、0.3%、0.5%、0.6%和1%等),分别浸泡干种子12小时、
Colchicine Mutagenesis Cotton polyploid is one of the most commonly used techniques in cotton distant hybridization and multiple sex breeding.
