经肾活检诊断ＩｇＡ肾病行扁桃体摘除术患者４３例（手术组），男２４例，女１９例，年龄１０～５７岁，平均１５．７±１２．１岁。活检后至手术时间平均为１０．４７个月。另肾活检确诊ＩｇＡ肾病仅行内科治疗患者４２例（非手术组），男１７例，女２５例，年龄１２～５０岁?
