目的总结MR二维稳态进动快速采集成像(2DFIESTA)在肝血管瘤(HH)和肝囊肿(HC)鉴别诊断中的价值。方法分析MR I动态增强证实的105例HH和235例HC,在2D FIESTA序列中的信号强度变化特征。结果2D FIESTA序列图像HH不论大小,病灶信号与肝内胆管或胆囊信号相比均有衰减,但仍呈高信号,HC最大直径≤3 cm时,96.2%的病灶信号与肝内胆管或胆囊信号相似;病灶>3 cm的信号均与肝内胆管或胆囊信号相似或略高。结论2D FIESTA序列可以鉴别诊断绝大多数的HH和HC,而无需静脉增强扫描。
Objective To summarize the value of 2D 2D FIESTA in the differential diagnosis of hepatic hemangioma (HH) and hepatic cysts (HC). Methods The changes of signal intensity in 2D FIESTA sequences of 105 HH and 235 HC confirmed by MR I dynamic enhancement were analyzed. Results The 2D FIESTA sequence images, HH, regardless of size, showed attenuation compared with intrahepatic bile duct or gallbladder signals, but still showed high signal. When the maximal diameter of HC was ≤3 cm, 96.2% of lesion signals were correlated with intrahepatic bile duct or gallbladder signal Similar; lesion> 3 cm signal and intrahepatic bile duct or gallbladder signal similar or slightly higher. Conclusion The 2D FIESTA sequence can differentiate the vast majority of HH and HC without the need for intravenous contrast enhancement.
